Your Realtor Tries to Push You Into a Decision Before You’re Ready

A Realtor should be energetic and excited about the homes they are showing you, but they should never be pushy or aggressive. If they show you a home and you moderately like it, you should have the option to think about it before making a decision. If they are making you uncomfortable by pressuring you to make a decision before you’re ready, then you may need to look to another Hunter Real Estate Agency.

Especially if you’re a first time home buyer, you’re likely to have lots of questions about the process.  A good Realtor will take the time to make sure you understand the process and make you feel comfortable the entire time.  If your Realtor is too busy to answer your questions or tries to rush you through the process without explaining it to you, it may be time to seek out another Hunter Realtor.
